Uganda's equatorial climate is divided into two primary patterns: 

Dry Seasons (June July August & Septemebrs While November December to February): Characterized by sunny days, clear skies, and daytime temperatures between  and In the far north (Kidepo), this is the only major dry period. Wet Seasons (March–May & September–November): These are the "green" seasons with high rainfall, particularly peaking in April. Temperatures are slightly cooler, and while rain can be heavy, it often falls in short, dramatic afternoon bursts followed by sunshine.
